Privacy Policy

Last updated: 16 September 2026. This policy applies to www.joyrummyindia.com and the JoyRummy Android client for players in India.

Data we collect

Account identifiers (mobile number or email), device type, coarse network diagnostics, in-app inventory (virtual coins, cosmetics), and support chat you send us. We do not need your UPI PIN, debit card CVV, or a photo of a passbook to run the arcade.

Why we collect it

To log you in, restore a table after a drop, deliver events, and stop abuse of referral coins. Optional IAP is processed by the store or billing partner; we store the entitlement (coins, passes), not a full card number.

Sharing

We do not sell player lists. We may share data with infrastructure vendors (hosting, crash logs) under contract, or if Indian law requires it. We will not publish your hand history as advertising.

Retention & rights

You may request account deletion in support. Virtual items are deleted with the account and are not cashed out. Parents should not create accounts for anyone under 18.
